How Ilagan Christian Church handles your personal information, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
For members who create an account: name, contact details, home address, birthday, emergency contact, family details, and dates relating to baptism, membership and marriage. For visitors: only what you choose to send us through a form.
Why we collect it
To care for the congregation: to contact you, to know who to call in an emergency, to organise ministry rosters, and to keep the church’s records of baptisms and memberships.
Who can see it
Nothing in a member profile is ever public. Each field has a visibility setting that you control: visible only to you and church administrators, visible to church leaders, or visible to all signed-in members through the directory. You may leave the directory entirely at any time, and your answers in a group journal are readable only by you and by church administrators — not by your ministry head and not by other members of your group.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to us and we will act on it.
Children
Details about children recorded on a parent’s profile are visible to church leaders only, and never appear in the directory.
